Metabolic Nutrition Review

A structured, evidence-based metabolic review designed to improve blood sugar patterns, insulin sensitivity, and long-term risk.

The Metabolic Nutrition Review is a personalized, short-term service designed to help you understand how nutrition, weight trends, lab values, symptoms, and lifestyle factors are impacting your blood sugar and metabolic health.

This review is appropriate for individuals navigating insulin resistance, prediabetes, perimenopause and menopause-related changes.

This is an education-focused service grounded in clinical experience and realistic, sustainable care.

Who This Is For

The Metabolic Nutrition Review may be a good fit if you:

  • Are in perimenopause or menopause and feel unsure how nutrition fits in

  • Are noticing changes in weight, energy, blood sugar, or metabolism

  • Have insulin resistance, prediabetes, or diabetes and want menopause-informed guidance

  • Feel overwhelmed by conflicting nutrition advice

  • Want clarity before committing to ongoing coaching

What the Review Includes

This is a structured, multi-step review, not a one-size-fits-all consultation.

Your review includes:

  • Review of your nutrition intake and eating patterns

  • Review of relevant labs (A1C, fasting glucose, lipids, if available)

  • Symptom review with a menopause and metabolic health lens

  • Identification of key nutrition and lifestyle focus areas

  • Personalized written feedback

  • Clear, practical next steps tailored to your goals

What to Expect: The Process

Step 1: Intake & Preparation

After purchase, you’ll receive access to:

  • A detailed intake form

  • A short food record template

  • A symptom tracker

These tools help gather meaningful information before we meet.

Step 2: Initial Nutrition Review (60 minutes)

During this virtual session, we’ll:

  • Review your health goals and current concerns

  • Discuss symptoms, nutrition patterns, and lifestyle factors

  • Clarify priorities and areas to explore further

You’ll leave this call knowing what to track and why.

Step 3: Review & Analysis

Between sessions, I carefully review:

  • Your food record

  • Symptom patterns

  • Relevant nutrition and metabolic indicators (A1C, glucose patterns, lipids when available)

This allows me to identify patterns, strengths, and opportunities for support.

Step 4: Metabolic Review Follow Up (30 minutes)

In this follow-up virtual session, we’ll:

  • Review key findings from your review

  • Discuss symptom–nutrition and lifestyle connections

  • Walk through personalized recommendations

  • Outline practical, realistic next steps

This session is focused on education, clarity, and confidence.

What This Is — and What It’s Not

This IS:

  • A personalized, education-focused nutrition review

  • Grounded in evidence-based practice and clinical experience

  • Designed for real life, not extremes

  • Designed to complement primary care and prevent progression when possible

This Is NOT:

  • Ongoing coaching

  • A meal plan

  • A rigid protocol

  • A diet or weight-loss program

What You’ll Walk Away With

After completing the Metabolic Nutrition Review, you’ll have:

• A clearer understanding of metabolic, hormonal, and lifestyle factors
• Insight into what matters most for your nutrition right now
• Practical steps you can implement immediately
• Guidance on whether additional support or coaching would be beneficial

For many individuals, this review provides the clarity they’ve been missing.

How This Can Lead Into Coaching

Some clients use the Metabolic Nutrition Review as a standalone service.
Others choose to continue into 1:1 coaching for deeper, ongoing support.

If appropriate, I’ll explain what continued support could look like — with no pressure or obligation.
