ABOUT STEPHANIE
Stephanie Fry, RN, RD, CDCES
Diabetes, GLP-1 & Menopause Nutrition Specialist
I’m a Registered Nurse, Registered Dietitian, Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES), and Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist providing structured, evidence-based nutrition support for adults navigating diabetes, GLP-1 medications, and the metabolic shifts of perimenopause and menopause.
My work focuses on helping individuals move from confusion to clarity — and from overwhelm to forward progress — whether you’re newly diagnosed, adjusting insulin therapy, starting pump therapy, or working through years of unstable blood sugars.
Clear. Collaborative. Practical.
Clinical Expertise
I provide:
Individual diabetes education (Type 1, Type 2, LADA, and Type 3c)
Insulin pump training and support
CGM interpretation and pattern review
Pattern-based insulin strategy discussions (in collaboration with your prescribing provider)
GLP-1 medication nutrition and lifestyle support
Menopause and perimenopause metabolic nutrition
Nutrition support for insulin resistance and prediabetes
Weight and metabolic health strategies
Nutrition and lifestyle strategy grounded in clinical evidence
Certified pump trainer for:
Medtronic, Tandem, Omnipod 5, and Beta Bionics.
Based in Southwest Florida (Cape Coral / Fort Myers) and available for telehealth across licensed states.
I work closely with endocrinologists and primary care providers to support safe, coordinated diabetes management.
My Philosophy
I do not believe in perfection.
I believe in progress.
I meet people where they are — whether that’s:
• Feeling burned out
• Struggling with carb counting
• Afraid of lows
• Frustrated with high A1Cs
• Or simply wanting better daily stability
Education should feel empowering, not overwhelming.
Sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on real-life application — not rigid rules.
Beyond Diabetes: Metabolic & Midlife Health
In addition to diabetes care, I support adults navigating:
• Insulin resistance and prediabetes
• Weight and metabolic changes
• Perimenopause and menopause-related shifts
My clinical background in metabolic health allows us to look at the whole picture — hormones, glucose, nutrition, and lifestyle — without diet culture or extremes.
A Personal Note
Alongside my clinical training, I bring lived experience navigating midlife metabolic changes myself. That perspective deepened my understanding of how complex — and individual — these shifts can be.
You deserve guidance that is informed, realistic, and adaptable.
